“Chasing the Light” is a journey of both physical and internal exploration. Initially driven by a personal need for introspection, this endeavour coincided perfectly with a season that fosters a slower, more reflective pace.

Embracing the solitude of winter, I found solace in long walks on the beach, watching the sun set and savouring the salty breeze. I became captivated by the subtle variations in the sky and sea's colours, and the tactile sensation of sand beneath my feet. The idea of slowing down to find beauty in the ordinary emerged as a central theme in this body of work.
